To All Woodbine Winter Club Members and Friends
As one of the Woodbine Winter Skating Club Directors I am please to announce that we will be taking part in an interesting fund raiser through Macgregor Meats.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Macgregor Meats and Seafood they are the leader in the foodservice industry, providing the very best in fresh Seafood, Beef and Poultry. They cater to some of your favourite restaurants such as The Keg, Kelsey’s, Montana, etc.
Through my son’s hockey team, this is my 3rd year participating in this fund raiser and I too look forward to when this opportunity presents itself. Now you may look at the price and say to yourself that it seems expensive, however the price per piece is very reasonable. As well, because you have a number of frozen, ready to cook portions, this gives you the flexibility to take it out if the freezer, thaw and cook.

The process is very simple. Reach out to your friends and family and have them review the product sheet. Once they choose their order, enter their purchases per line item on the Sellers Order Form (Excel File). When all your orders are completed, please email the consolidated excel file to me at gene.stec@innovapost.com
Note: please ensure you cross reference the Product Code from the Product Information Sheet to the Product Code on the Excel Spreadsheet
All consolidated electronic orders must be email to me and a cheque payable to Woodbine Winter Skating Club no later than OCTOBER 24, 2009.
While collecting the money from your “customers” , if they are paying by cheque, please ask that they make them payable to “Yourself” and in turn you would issue one consolidated cheque to the club. (Woodbine Winter Skating Club).
The delivery date will be Friday October 30, 2009 at Westwood Arena. Since there is skating on that day, we will request that the delivery truck be available 30 minutes before the end of the skating session.
Important Note: Depending on the number of orders you receive, you should encourage them to come to the rink on that day to collect their orders. Remember that this is frozen product and can remain out of a freezer for approximately 2 -3 hours.
